12 PM Fall Meeting Concludes

**The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Commanding General, MG Kurt Ryan, and Deputy to the Commander, Mr. Bryan Samson, are making themselves available to meet individually with NDTA members during the NDTA-USTRANSCOM 2016 Fall Meeting. The appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute increments during the following date/time windows:

CG: Oct. 31 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. & Nov. 1 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
DTC: Oct. 31 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. & Nov. 1 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

The appointments will be scheduled on a first come/first scheduled basis upon receipt by the SDDC POC of the Visit Request form along with the required information (see form paragraph 1c).  The appointment times will be assigned by SDDC, with the appointments alternating between the CG and the DTC. SDDC is unable to honor requests for a specific appointment time or date.  If your request fails to include all the requested information, it will be returned to you and will not be considered for scheduling until all information is provided.

You will be informed by email of the date, time, and location of your appointment, as well as with whom you are meeting.  The requests will be taken until the appointment slots are full or until October 21, 2016, whichever comes first.  If there are any questions, please contact the SDDC POC listed on the Visit Request form.
